  1. Explanation of the REPLACE command. 
  2. It is EXTERNAL.

  4. This command will replace files in the 
  5. destination directory with the files in 
  6. the source directory, that have the same 
  7. name.
  8.  
  9. Example:
  10.        To replace the files on drive 
  11.        C:\DOS with the ones in 
  12.        drive C:\temp use:
  13.              replace c:\temp c:\dos
