  2. It is EXTERNAL.

  4. This command provides more on-line help 
  5. with the MS-DOS 5.0 commands.

  8.        Suppose you don't know how to use 
  9.        the DISKCOPY command. Then you have 
  10.        two choices: (1) Look for this tutor 
  11.        and read the explanation here or (2) 
  12.        you could use MS-DOS's
  13.        on-line help program like this:
