  1. Explanation of the DIR command. 
  2. It is INTERNAL.

  4. This command will display the contents of 
  5. the current directory. To see the directory 
  6. in wide format you include the /w switch,
  7. to see it in pages you include the /p switch.

  9. Example:
  10.        To see what you have on the disk in 
  11.        drive A you just type 
  12.        the following command:
