- !Virtual3D is a demonstration of a new 3D graphics library.
-
- It can be used to create flightsimulators, racing-simulators,
- virtual reality worlds, space games, demonstrations, and on...
-
- The main difference with other 3D programs is that it is FAST!!!
-
- For more information, see the file 'details'.
-
- You can either drive a 'car' or fly a 'plane' through the world. The mouse
- functions change according to the selected driving mode.
-
- Program controls:

- Roll : Keypad 4 & 6
- Pitch : Keypad 2 & 8
- Yaw : Cursor left & right
- r : Reset player position (in case you get lost)
-
- Increase speed : Cursor up
- Decrease speed : Cursor down

- F2 : select driving mode (Car or plane)
- F3 : turn frame information on/off (Display #3D points, #visible polygons,
- #lines and #frames per second. The values are averaged using an 8 frame
- count.)

- angle lens effect)
- F6 : Zoom in (zoom lens effect)

-
- Note : Once you begin zooming out, we cannot guarantee a correct horizon, but it
- is still fun.
-
- Unlike PC owners, you lucky Arc owners can also use the mouse:
-
- Left mouse button : Increase speed (until light speed)
- Right mouse button : Decrease speed (until -light speed)
- In car mode moving the mouse left & right changes Yaw
- In plane mode left & right changes Roll, up & down changes pitch
-
- Yes, the cars don't stop when the light turns red.
- And there is no collision detection either!
