  13. A friend of mine has passwd the requirements for dissertator status but is a
  14. few residency credits shy of making it.  A few years ago we were told that it
  15. was possible to purchase retrocredits to gain residency credit.  Has anyone
  16. heard of this?  The grad school has given us the run around.
