- I've just received this pdp-11/23, and I'm in the process of figuring out
- what all the boards in it are. I have all of the DEC handbooks, so I've
- identified all the DEC boards, but there are 2 of these boards that I
- can't identify.
-
- These boards are double slot size, with white "tabs" on the end of them.
- On those tabs are black "W" looking things, or it could be a "3". The end
- towards the bus connectors has 2 things stamped on it, "MSC 4601", and
- "303-0171", and also a serial number of some sort. On the other end,
- there is a very heavy 4x8 array of Motorola MCM4116AC25 socketed chips.
-
- I think that this can only be a memory board...? It has no I/O connectors
- of any kind.
-
- Any hints on what it could be, along with anything else you have to say about
- it, would be very appreciated!
