  20. Not sure I go along with this. Take pneumonia, example 3 months to die,
  21. compared to a long drawn out (not always my Grandad died in 3 months) cancer
  22. caused by smoking (my Grandad was a potter, also smoked a pipe, not heavily
  23. though) for a year or more. Smoking costs more to treat than most things, 
  24. worse still, it's self inflicted.

  29. I hope so, but am not sure. If it doesn't then WHACK UP the duty. Hell, whack
  30. it up anyway. I suffered from smokers cough from DEC92 till just recently. I
  31. do not smoke. This was a result of passive smoking of my friends in Ely. I have
  32. stopped to going to see them very much. I see them once a week if they are
  33. lucky now. Result, I have no cough. Try telling me passive smoking doesn't
  34. exist.

  51. Funny though, my life insurance (assurance?) was interested. Yes give non
  52. smokers lower premiums than smokers for house insurance now!
