- Not sure I go along with this. Take pneumonia, example 3 months to die,
- compared to a long drawn out (not always my Grandad died in 3 months) cancer
- caused by smoking (my Grandad was a potter, also smoked a pipe, not heavily
- though) for a year or more. Smoking costs more to treat than most things,
- worse still, it's self inflicted.

- I hope so, but am not sure. If it doesn't then WHACK UP the duty. Hell, whack
- it up anyway. I suffered from smokers cough from DEC92 till just recently. I
- do not smoke. This was a result of passive smoking of my friends in Ely. I have
- stopped to going to see them very much. I see them once a week if they are
- lucky now. Result, I have no cough. Try telling me passive smoking doesn't
- exist.

- Funny though, my life insurance (assurance?) was interested. Yes give non
- smokers lower premiums than smokers for house insurance now!
