  26. Is Demon not a customer of Pipex ?
  27. Anyway I think having customers like ICL helps Pipex saying they are the
  28. "largest". Maybe not in number of direct customers but in number of people
  29. to whom they are providing IP. 
  30. But it is not very difficult since the sole competitor of Pipex is Uknet...
