- My Midlands Arts card is fee free - application forms can be obtained from
- theatres and other cultural centres - they even give money to Art-type
- groups (hence the name). Contact Midland bank if you cant find an application
- form.

- I got my application at Birmingham Town Hall a couple of years ago, and the
- donations are made to the CBSO.
