  25. My Midlands Arts card is fee free - application forms can be obtained from
  26. theatres and other cultural centres - they even give money to Art-type
  27. groups (hence the name). Contact Midland bank if you cant find an application
  28. form.

  30. I got my application at Birmingham Town Hall a couple of years ago, and the 
  31. donations are made to the CBSO.
