- I make cider - in large volumes, for private use, by myself and certain
- friends. I also make wine. I'm about to embark on rice, potato and orange juice
- derived alcohol soon. My cider is about 6%+ (by pissedness judgement, best
- part is you don't realise like with commercial ciders, until you try to
- stand up, just like whisky, but you need to drink a lot more....)
