  13. I just relocated to the area and I am looking for a good fee-based 
  14. personal financial advisor.  I want someone who can advise on taxes, 
  15. investments, real estate, and small business finances.  Someone who 
  16. can quickly put together good tactics based on accurate financial records.

  18. I do NOT want an advisor who works based on a commision.  In particular,
  19. I refuse to work with someone who sells life insurance (I've already
  20. been down that road).
