  17. I received 4 votes for "no change" and 1 for "tighten".  I could have
  18. sworn there was also 1 vote for "loosen", making it perfectly symmetrical,
  19. but if there was I must have accidentally deleted it.

  21. In any case "no change" has a clear majority.
