- You should be able to find agar in most chinese grocery stores. Try in chinatown.
- You should also be able to find it in health food stores. You can buy agar in two
- forms: powder and solid. The solid form looks like clear pasta and has to be boiled
- and melted in water or milk. You may also be able to find it in some Indian
- grocery stores (try Gerrard Street).
