  25.  The Mulroney government has refused to hold Parliamentary Committee hearings
  26. on NAFTA in Metro Toronto. They'll listen to the trans-national corporations,
  27. but refuse to let the people of Metro speak on the issue of NAFTA - an
  28. agreement that has been called "an economic constitution for Canada".
  29.  Canadians must demand that full public hearings be held in every major centre
  30. across Canada before Parliament debates NAFTA.
  31.  On January 23rd, protest demonstrations are being organized in communities
  32. throughout Ontario by local coalitions and networks which oppose NAFTA.
