  21. when you are a Kennedy, your life comes under public scrutiny.  if
  22. you are a Kennedy and you are accused of wrong doing, that public
  23. scrutiny is going to stay in people's minds for along time.  this
  24. has nothing ot do with rape.  it has to do with a member of a
  25. famous family being accused of wrong-doing.
