  12. I just heard that a bill was introduced in the New Mexico legislature
  13. to have a new penalty for rape.  If a man is convicted of rape, he
  14. would have the choice of being castrated... or being forced to leave
  15. the state.  Is being forced to leave New Mexico really a legitimate
  16. punishment for a crime this serious...
