I have no idea what Richard sent you, so I have no idea if it was
blasphemous or not. But if it was an angry reply to some of the
garbage you've sent here, like telling people that your ridiculous
chant is the best thing that has happened to their miserable lives,
then I can understand it.

Raging against you for your dogmatic insistence on your own mythology
is not the same as raging against a god. If he does not believe in your
particular deity, then he cannot be raging against it. If he is christian,
jewish, moslem, shinto, atheist, etc then he does not believe in your god.

People don't care what your god is. They don't believe in it, so to them
it is just a figment of your imagination. To put it another way, this
could be rephrased as:

It is characteristic of the unregenerate that they cannot long maintain
peace of mind when constantly reminded of the presence of Osiris and the
necessity of surrendering to Him. Every time Kalki Dosa and persons like
him read my posts, they are reminded of this. It is natural, therefore,
that such persons, hounded by the thought of Osiris, Whom they hate
with all their hearts, eventually lose their carefully maintained
pretense of decency and become like roaring beasts, fit only to be
hunted and killed by other, stronger beasts.

Does this make any sense to you? I thought not.

Why should we believe everything that the Bhagavad-Gita says?

I have worked with Christian, Hindu, Moslem, and Jewish scientists and
engineers, none of whom have any problem reconciling their religious
beliefs with the real world.
