- to the original sin argument propounded so clearly by Richard Harter:

- case that our first parents were perfect, or as nearly perfect
- as could be humanly measurable. We need to work on quantifying
- this accelerating decline (probably using the techniques pioneered
- by Norman-Setterfield) -- it is possible that we can numerically
- confirm the long lives of the patriarchs and locate the Creation
- when the graph of the decay function comes to within Planck distance
- of its asymptote.
