Anyone got a name of a person or institution in Cuba who is involved with solar energy or energy efficiency. I am finishing a PhD on Intelligent heating controllers, and am planning to spend some time in Cuba afterwards. I am interested as to how much solar energy is used there. Thanks very much. Please reply to
