  11.     Throwing caution to the wind, Hilda jumped the long canyon
  12. to try to find her weak and faded dog, which was really a cat
  13. but had had a species-change operation performed when it realized
  14. that it was a hound in a feline's body, but upon reaching the
  15. other side found that the animal had in fact died due to heat
  16. exposure, which was pretty ironic, she thought.
