  12. With the introduction of Karma into the USENET (UN) community,
  13. a distinct cosmology will inevitably evolve. The key
  14. to the orderly evolution of the UN is the proper
  15. understanding of Karma and how Karma effects
  16. one's rebirth status in the UN. A UN Poster will
  17. have a life cycle of 6 months at which time he
  18. will be reborn in one of the 10 levels (PLANES) of
  19. the UN. The level that one achieves for the
  20. next posting cycle will depend on the merits of
  21. one's posts. Merit will be determined by the
  22. karmic score of every post. There well be
  23. 10 positive and 10 negative types of articles
  24. These 20 distinct article types must be clearly
  25. specified. The importance and fruits of karma: 
  26. One's rebirth status will determine the scope
  27. of one's articles. Devas and Gods will be
  28. able to read and write postings at any level but
  29. a newbie's posting will not be able to
  30. reach the celestial realms.
  31. Therefore, this RFD requests that
  32. a committee be formed to address this need.
