  13. last saturday, i went with a sizable group of people (most of them
  14. part of either the uchicago bi union or uchicago gala) to see 
  15. THE CRYING GAME.

  17. (i'm not going to argue with c j as to whether it's a "talk.bizarre"
  18. movie.  i *will*, however, say that it gets points for plot twists
  19. guaranteed to freak the normals, and that one of the straights with us
  20. was *very* quiet after the movie...)

  22. in any case.

  24. after the movie, in one of the world's perfect little followups, we
  25. were approached by a derelict.
  26.  
  27. he very calmly walked up to our group, and, very politely, said,
  28.  
  29. "Excuse me.  Please tell Broadway to suck my prick for wasting my
  30. time in the sixties.  Thank you."

  32. then he turned and went off down the street, stopping to repeat his
  33. message to broadway to every passerby, leaving us stunned by the
  34. sheer ... RIGHTNESS of it all.
