- Guy, I have been trying to fully comprehend _The Cat in the Hat_ for
- my entire life. If you think that _The Cat in the Hat_ is a simple book
- and is easy to understand, I suggest that the problem is with you, and
- not with the book or with Mr. Rigler.

- _Godel Escher, Bach_, and he said ``Yeah, it took me about three days to
- read. Not really much to it, is there?'' He was serious, and so all I
- could do was shrug, and who know? Maybe he really had comprehended the
- whole thing and mulled over all the miscellaneous philosophical byways
- in that book in three days---or maybe there was something else going on.
