- The best education is at the best school...in any given geographical area,
- only one school can be the best, so evrybody would choose that one - but it'
- s too small to take all, so some don't get their choice.
- This is the problem with your idea of choice - it actually denies choice to
- more people than it gives choice.
- So it's fairer to have one school system for everybody and strive to make it
- equally good evrywhere, and a damn sight better than it now is in most
- places.
