  29. Quite right.  If you want to do some neurotransmitter precursor
  30. loading (cheaply!) try buying some lecithin at your local pharmacy or
  31. health food store.  Lecithin is a natural source of choline which is
  32. needed in the synthesis of acetylcholine.  Before anyone starts dosing
  33. themselves with massive quanties of lecithin...do some research.  I'm
  34. not sure if there is a rate limiting step that will prevent choline
  35. loading from inducing an increase in acetylchoine or not.

  37. Anyway L-Dopa isn't cheap and not easy to get.  Besides...if one
  38. doesn't watch it they may end up inducing a schizophrenic psychosis!
