  32. This was also a little habit of none other thna Ronald Reagan.  There was 
  33. lot of comment about this in the press in 1980, remember?  If not, go to 
  34. the library and check out a few issues of Time and Newsweek.  A lot of 
  35. peole ended up in high office simply because they had been with Reagan 
  36. for years, some before he was govenor of Cal. Theses were often mainly 
  37. political operatives rather than aides or such.  Bill Casey was another 
  38. case of this. My how soon we forget these things.
