  13. My understanding from the news media is that Pres. Clinton will 
  14. rescind Bush's gag rule prohibiting staff from mentioning abortion 
  15. in federally funded clinics tomorrow (Jan. 22).
  16. It will be nice for doctors to discuss ALL the options with their 
  17. patients again.

  19. Note that this is also the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
