  21.     Basically for the same reason that I oppose the "right" of individuals 
  22. to use public money to pay for abortions. "Pro-choice" means that I support 
  23. the right of people to have a choice, but it doesn't necessarily mean that 
  24. I think that the government should have to pick up even part of the tab 
  25. for whatever they choose.

  27.     You want an abortion? You should have that choice. You want to send 
  28. your kid to a private school? You should have that choice too. But if 
  29. you want the government to pick up the tab for either of the above, 
  30. sorry. At that point it's gone beyond your right to have a choice, and 
  31. that's where I draw the line.

  33.     So I suppose that the direct answer to your question is that so many 
  34. people are both pro-choice and anti-voucher because the two positions are 
  35. completely logical and consistent with each other.
