- Maybe it's time to remind people on the difference in file name
- format when using ftp or E-mail commands.

- When using ftp, the filenames is of type
- <filename>.<filetype>

- With the example above, the filename should be
- Family.list

- When using E-mail command, the filenames are of type
- <filename> <filetype>

- With the example above, the filename should be
- Family list

- If there is problems, you may add the list name

- The filename is then
- Family list roots-l
- and command to send in TEXT BODY (not Subject line)
- GET FAMILY LIST ROOTS-L
