  26. Maybe it's time to remind people on the difference in file name
  27. format when using ftp or E-mail commands.

  30. When using ftp, the filenames is of type
  31. <filename>.<filetype>
  32.  
  33. With the example above, the filename should be
  34. Family.list
  35.  
  36. When using E-mail command, the filenames are of type
  37. <filename> <filetype>

  40. Family list

  42. If there is problems, you may add the list name

  44. The filename is then
  45. Family list roots-l
  46. and command to send in TEXT BODY (not Subject line)
  47. GET FAMILY LIST ROOTS-L

  49. PS. The correct address should be Listserv@Vm1.Nodak.Edu from
  50. Internet, or  Listserv at ndsuvm1 from bitnet.
