Don't forget me, oh mortalized one (Iris).  Dan is correct in Metallica's crunch abilities, but check out those down strokes that are so fast, any other band has to double pick!  Check out Creeping Death on the Cliff 'em All video!  They play it twice as fast as they normally do, and their right hands are just a blur.  WHOOOAAA!!
