- Well, I called them anyway. I figured it wouldn't hurt to give them
- reinforcement, especially as Kennedy chose this moment to announce
- that he was (finally) signing on as a sponsor of the Federal gay
- rights bill. I wanted to make sure that I was recorded in favor. (The
- person who took the call said that the calls from Massachusetts were
- overwhelmingly favorable.)
