  16.     Unless I'm mistaken, this isn't an actual CFV on the reorganisation,
  17. it's a call to vote on what the reorg proposal will be.  This round should
  18. be in soc.motss only, then the homophobes can vote down whatever plan is
  19. decided on and put up for general votes.  (Sorry, I'm feeling cynical today.)
