  11. I posted a while ago about how odd Elton John's "Your Song" sounds
  12. when you consider the circumstances of the John/Taupin partnership:
  13. there's Taupin, writing the lyrics to the song that he plans to give
  14. to his openly-queer partner.  "I hope you don't mind/that I put down
  15. in words/how wonderful life is/while you're in the world."  Right.
