- I posted a while ago about how odd Elton John's "Your Song" sounds
- when you consider the circumstances of the John/Taupin partnership:
- there's Taupin, writing the lyrics to the song that he plans to give
- to his openly-queer partner. "I hope you don't mind/that I put down
