  33. Well, the Hoover Institute is a conservative think tank, somewhat like
  34. the Heritage Foundation. I can recall reading an article about a year
  35. ago in the LA Times about how the Hoover Institute got established at
  36. Stanford. I believe it's a question of their having endowed the school
  37. with a big hunk of change.
