  23. Let's clarify here... Do you agree or disagree with the following:

  25. Having sex with someone who consents is not rape. 
  26. Having sex with someone who consents and has been drinking is not
  27. rape.  
  28. Forcing someone who has not been drinking to have sex is rape. 
  29. Forcing someone who has been drinking to have sex is rape.
  30. Having sex with someone who is unconscious is rape. 
  31. A woman, when drinking, renders herself totally incapacitated in the
  32. eyes of the law and has no capacity to make decisions that she should
  33. then be held responsible for.
