- Guess again. This is CA law. If you have a party, one of your guests
- gets drunk, drives off and injures someone, then you're liable. It is
- a host's responsibility to ensure that his guests do not drive off if
- they're drunk. (The host can either call them a cab or have them stay
- over and sleep it off.)
