- 'Tis that time.. you are a college student and you need to do something with
- yourself in the summer. The only question is WHAT? Do you
-
- 1) Do somehting not that exciting and make some $$$?
-
- or
-
- 2) Do something possibly exciting that doesn't make much $, but is a great thing to go on a resume or grad. school application?
-
- or
- 3) Do something really exciting/fun, make no $$, and possibly have it go on
- a resume etc?
-
- This is the problem I am facing in starting my job search this summer. Also
-
- 1) Go Home
-
- r
-
- 2) Stay around school area.
-
- I am a first year student at Macalester and I think that there are many more
- things available now that I hav e completed one year of college then last
- summer ofr before because I had not done/been in college. Correct me if I
- am wrong though.
-
- So does anyone have any answers to these questions.. or suggestions on jbobs
- (er jobs) or anyhting of relevance to the subkject. We could get a thread
- going if there was sufficant interest.. cc any follow-up to me but if you
- forget I'll hopefully see it here as well...
