- It sems a bit strong to call this "foolishness". I agree that it needs
- modification to include people of other genders, but the basic aim, of
- ensuring that a group doesn't become male-dominated, seems sensible.
- Although if a group is already managing to avoid being male-dominated,
- then it would be redundant.
