  16. It sems a bit strong to call this "foolishness".  I agree that it needs
  17. modification to include people of other genders, but the basic aim, of
  18. ensuring that a group doesn't become male-dominated, seems sensible.
  19. Although if a group is already managing to avoid being male-dominated,
  20. then it would be redundant.
