  34.      I haven't ruled anything for the future out.  Perhaps i should
  35. have made it clear that my feelings for her haven't really changed.
  36. But she has made evident that it is very important for her to fully
  37. explore this side of her she has exposed.  She is truly in love with
  38. another woman but has not yet been able to tell the girl about this
  39. love.  I've tried really hard not to think of it as my friend
  40. deserting me for a woman, because she hasn't.  She's just entering a
  41. new phase of her life that I can only be part of as a friend and
  42. supporter. I'm so proud of what she's accomplished so far in terms of
  43. accepting her own feelings and "coming out".  I wish I knew more women
  44. as open and fun as she.
