  20. The East Coast Bisexual Network has worked out deals with certain
  21. hotels in the D.C. area.  The best deal seems to be at the Stouffer's
  22. Concourse Crystal City, which is 2 blocks from the Blue Line Metro.
  23. They have rooms for up to 4 people for $99 per night.  So organize your
  24. friends and get one.  The catch is that you have to make the reservation
  25. by January 31st.

  28. tell them that you are calling for the special rate for BiNet USA, ECBN,
  29. and AMBi.  And you know about the bi conference the day before the march,
