  13. It is not only for lesbigays who are presently Christian,
  14. but to all who are the children of a professed Christian family.

  18. 1)  There will be general survey type questions such as gender,
  19. age, ethnicity, and general denominational group (ie. Catholic, 
  20. Protestant).

  22. 2)  In the case of denominations, you should mark the group to
  23. which your family belonged during your adolescence.
