  19. I am in neither catagory.  I drive the limit (as much as is possible
  20. because I make mistakes too -- I can be inattentive too sometimes when
  21. conditions on the road are more important than a three mile an hour
  22. difference in my speedo), because it just isn't worth it to speed.
