  16. On Jan. 19, 1993 at the San Francisco VR Special Interest Group Meeting at
  17. 410 Townsend Street David Frerichs demonstrated a completely portable VR
  18. game system with 3D software cartridge. The system was notable in that it
  19. had been operational for over 2 years. Does anyone know of an earlier claim
  20. to "The World's First Totally Portable VR System" or does he have it nailed?
