  22. I'm not sure our current path will result in any difference. As it is,
  23. NASA is avoiding cheaper commercial services as much as it can. We are
  24. pouring more and more money into an infrastructure which is getting more
  25. and more expensive. The end result has been a statis of the US space
  26. arm for a long time.

  28. Maybe intelligent leverage of Russian technology (like Soyuz) combined
  29. with US capabilities in ELV and cheap commercial HLV's will allow space
  30. to become large enough to become self sustaining and end the stasis.
