  19. Hmmm.... you guys might check around some of the local sites for a
  20. copy.  I note a copy of SPOC is available with documentation in the
  21. file archives on the site I post from.  Never unloaded it, so I
  22. don't know how it runs,  but it appears to available to the general
  23. public...
