  15. I must agree with Dennis from Hunstville.  As a extreemly low paid engineer, 
  16. I too find it sad when people continue to slam NASA for things that are out
  17. of it's control.  We who work for NASA are accepting lower salaries, and 
  18. hard work not because we want to "rip off the taxpayer" or anything close, but
  19. because we love what we do, and we love our country.  The only reason that 
  20. we have the significant majority of the problems we do encounter is because
  21. the US Congress refuses to allow us to do our jobs the way they should be done.
