  11. a computer/multi-media approach to teaching counseling skills.  Areas of
  12. interest include:
  13. active listening, counseling, crisis counseling, counselor responses, verbal
  14. skills, and interpersonal communication.
  15. Broader areas of interest are:
  16. human services, clinical psychology, and counseling psychology
