- This is emphatically NOT a plug for GNC, but I do know (because I
- know someone who works at the local franchise) that GNC sells, or
- at least can order, empty capsules. The ones I've seen were size 0
- and made from non-animal components (if that's important). Of course,
- you can also buy just plain gelatin (often sold as "nail hardener")
- in capsules, dump the contents, and fill the empties with anything
- you like (I use this process to "pill" my cat).

- As for filling them. try folding a relatively smooth piece of
- paper in half, pouring the filler into the crease, and then tapping
- the paper gently while you hold the end of the fold in the open end
- of the capsule.
