  45. What about having your tubes tied? If your spouse/SO won't have his manhood
  46. threatened, it would seem to be the most responsible action on your part.
  47. If cost is the most overriding factor, I'm sure that there are state programs
  48. at all medical schools which would enable you to be sterilized for a minimal
  49. fee.
