- What about having your tubes tied? If your spouse/SO won't have his manhood
- threatened, it would seem to be the most responsible action on your part.
- If cost is the most overriding factor, I'm sure that there are state programs
- at all medical schools which would enable you to be sterilized for a minimal
- fee.
