  21.  Why do you call heart-bypass surgery a fraud?  Certainly, you do
  22.  not mean to include ALL cases.

  24.  I can tell you that my Dad had a heart attack five years ago
  25.  and a second (much worse than the first) a year ago and if 
  26.  it were not for his bypass operation and the wonderful nurses
  27.  and staff at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ, he would
  28.  not be alive today.

  30.  But having said that, I do think that in the best of all possible worlds,
  31.  the need for bypass surgery would be lessened.  If only Americans would
  32.  eat right and exercise more, we would all be better off for it.
